Dr Cox was so kind and patience. Very direct and too the point

I LOVE Dr Cox! She is so pleasant, easy going and bright! Her diagnosis are always accurate!

I really like Dr. Cox, and will continue to use her although I am not a huge fan of her office staff.

My main complaint with Pediatric Associates of Kingwood is that I am NEVER able to get an appointment for my sick child the same day. They can usually sqeeze me in for the next day, but really, when you have a young child that is sick, waiting an entire day is usually not the best option. I have several friends that go there as well, and they have all experienced the same problem. The care and the doctors are fine, the only complaint there is that usually my child doesn't get better on the first visit, which I do understand...somtimes you have to do have to do process of elimination on medications. Like I say, the most irritating thing about this office is that you just can't get in to see a doctor the same day your child is sick. I may be expecting too much, but honestly, if they are that booked up every single day, shouldn't they think about hiring another qualified physician? Seems like business is booming!

Dr. Cox has helped our son get better. Each visit, she has listened and knew information in his file and history without us having to repeat. We've seen other doctors, but our son would get worse (coughing, etc.) but each time we brought him to Dr. Cox, he has gotten better within a few days.
