Dr. Ashley Laurel Drake, MD

Dr. Drake is extremely knowledgeable in skin conditions having to do with skin cancer. She takes time to explain your diagnosis, proper treatment, and outcomes. I would highly recommend her as a Family Oriented Dermatologist.

I feel Dr. Drake is distracted and possibly has too much on her plate to give her patients the time and attention they need. With each visit, she spends less and less time in the room and doesn't appear to be listening. She shows a lack of detail and connection to prior visits.

My son is a patient of Dr. Drake. With his treatment we had to go into the office once a month. Front office staff was always very pleasant, had chart ready and we never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Drake and her nurse/ma were also always pleasant and kind to both my son and me. Treatment was very effective and it was nice to see that Dr. Drake seemed happy for my son that his skin was clearing and he was feeling better. I will continue to use Dr. Drake's office for our derm needs.

She was very pleasant answered all my questions and explained things well. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

The nurse that was supposed to give me training cldnt didnt even give my shot to me and when i told her it wasnt applied she ignored it. The DR shld teach u how to self inject..not an intern

The staff was great but Dr. Drake was less than impressive. She did not listen to me or my concerns. She did not explain why she chose the treatment she did or spend more than a few minutes with me. She made a recommendation and asked to see me again in three months. No thanks, I'll find someone who is caring & personable.

I sat in the waiting room longer than I expected, but was very happy with Dr. Drake and the rest of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and nice! Once I was in my room, I was seen very promptly. I've been searching for a dermatologist for a few years now that isn't money hungry, is knowledgeable and is personable. I think I finally found someone I like!

Love love love the nurse. Drake herself was in the room 3 mintues, didn't go over a game plan or options she walked in that room before looking at me said to take a standard medication for the next 3 Months and come back and tell her how it is working. I just don't know how she expects to build a client base with this bedside manner. I don't think she even needed to see me she could have just looked at the nurses notes wrote out the prescription and saved us both time. It is not like her coming in the room was even worth it.
