I visited the ER recently for severe back pain, stomach cramps, and nausea, and ended up being diagnosed with a UTI that could have potentially turned into a bladder or kidney infection. I also struggle with significant health anxiety due to my medical history, and I’m used to feeling dismissed or rushed by providers. Dr. [Name] was the complete opposite. She was unbelievably patient, kind, and reassuring throughout my entire visit. She took the time to validate my concerns instead of brushing them off, explained everything in a calm and clear way, and never made me feel like a burden. What stood out the most was that she actually went back through my previous medical history to double-check an antibiotic I had taken before, just to make sure I wouldn’t have a reaction—something no doctor has ever gone out of their way to do for me. Her attention to detail and genuine compassion made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. I’m truly grateful for the care she… provided. If every doctor treated their patients the way she does, the world would be a much better (and less scary) place. Highly recommend.
