Summary
I help my clients by meeting them where they are at and adjusting my clinicial approach based off of their needs. If they are needing more support, I will offer validation. If they are needing psychoeducation and tools, I will provide that from an approach they best respond to and I have experience working from. I can also offer my clients EMDR services if the situation calls for it.
I love animals and traveling. I love a good book with my iced coffee. Unpopular opinion, rainy days are the best.
