Experience with Ashley as well as other staff members at Baystate Wilbraham Primary Care was excellent. It is a pleasure to visit this facility. Ashley is very caring and articulates all matters very well. Never a bad experience.

Ashley is by far the best health care professional I've ever seen. I feel very lucky to have her as my provider and I have recommended her to several people I know. For the first time in my life, I don't dread going to the doctors. She is amazing!

I feel like I'm in good hands. This is important for two reasons. First, we've had to change medical personnel several times in the last few years because of retirements, etc. Also, we're just getting used to being treated by people other than doctors - naturally we were curious about how this would all go. We've been reassured by people like Ashley, who we've found to be informed, competent and a delight to deal with.
