Dr. Ashley Langford Tunkle, MD

I can't comment on Dr Tunkle because I've never actually been able to see her. I've seen her Nurse Practitioner Jaqueline Wynn and spoken with her nurse. I've never seen such incompetency! Wrong prescription doses, test results not posted to portal and NOT COMMUNICATED TO PATIENT. TOOK 2 MONTHS to get results of chest xray and ct scan. I have to hound them to get an answer on ANYTHING and it takes days for verbal communication, and weeks/months to get the results of simple tests. They say they are there to coordinate your care but they DO NOT. I have issues on my lung scan and SEVERAL DAYS after the results were reported I HAD to call THEM to see if results were in and it took them 24-hours to respond. The chest xray was taken over TWO MONTHS ago. Nurse called me while I was driving to give me a referral name and when I told her I couldn't write it down she said she'd put it on the portal. IT IS NOT THERE! I called the office and after being on hold for 10 minutes I'm… told they are double booked and I will have to wait for a call back probably tomorrow. Office staff is snotty & uncooperative. I was told I'd have to wait for referral information because they did their job and it is my fault I was driving and couldn't write it down. TALK ABOUT STRESS ! It doesn't matter if Dr Tunkle is good if you can't get taken care of by the other admin and medical staff. as well. SHAME on you Dr Tunkle for leaving this vital care to people who don't care about patients!
