I recently gave birth at Danbury hospital to my first baby. Dr Matter was absolutely so rude to me and my husband it was unbelievable. I was in so much pain I was bent over a sink and had to beg for pain meds. Dr Matter wanted to give me 600 mg ibuprofen. I couldnt believe it. A little while later I could over hear her yelling at someone on the phone about a medication i needed. She was so rude and disrespectful I really felt sorry for whoever was on the other line. Dr Matter was yelling so loud I could here her say “she and the nurse were not trained in preparing pharmaceuticals” this really scared me because as a doctor she and the nurse should know how to get the meds ready that are going to be given to me. For my first baby she made me feel terrible and scared
