Her athletic career came to an unexpected halt due to a college injury, which led her to discover a new passion in personal training and group fitness instruction. Over time, she earned certifications in more than two dozen fitness formats, deepening her commitment to health and wellness.Her interest in chiropractic care began after a car accident severely injured her shoulder.
