Ashley Mohadjer, DO, FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Ashley Mohadjer is an osteopathic physician specializing in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. She earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences - College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Mohadjer pursued advanced fellowship training at both the University of Florida College of Medicine and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, gaining expertise in complex heart procedures. She holds board certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI). Dr. Mohadjer speaks English.

Her practice locations include UF Health Cardiovascular Center in Jacksonville and UF Health Heart & Vascular in Yulee, Florida. Dr. Mohadjer treats patients with chest wall pain and various chest-related problems. She performs diagnostic heart tests including electrocardiograms and echocardiograms to evaluate …heart function and structure. Her interventional cardiology training allows her to provide specialized procedures using contrast imaging techniques to assess cardiovascular health.
