Ashley Jensen, APRN, CNP

Ashley Jensen, APRN, CNP, joined Essentia Health in May 2025 as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Superior Clinic, drawn by the organization's mission to ""make a healthy difference in people's lives."" This mission resonated deeply with her own belief in compassionate, patient-centered care. She was proud to be part of a team dedicated to serving the community with purpose and integrity. Originally from Superior, Wisconsin, Ashley has strong ties to the region and is passionate about contributing to its growth and success. Her commitment to the community is evident in her choice to practice family medicine, a field she chooses due to her genuine passion for caring for individuals across all stages of life. Ashley is driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she encounters. Family medicine offers her the intellectual challenge and lifelong learning she values, with always something new to discover and apply. In her practice, Ashley focuses on treating …each patient as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. She wants her patients and their families to know they can count on her for support whenever needed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog. She loves staying active outdoors and spending time on the lake throughout the year. Overall, Ashley is eager to continue making a positive impact in her community through her work at Essentia Health.
