Dr. Ashley Mackenzie Rivers, MD

Dr. River's was completely neglectful in aftercare. She placed 6 stents in my legs, pretended to know what menstrual pain was and "related" to me though it's impossible for her to know anything, personally about menstruation. I had to have a hysterectomy afterwards. In the OR I told her my hip was hurting badly after the stent was inserted and was dismissed by her, fast forward over 3 years later I still have hip pain as do others in my may-thurners group. She repeatedly attempted to dumb me down. Acting as if she was far more educated and superior to me. After my surgery I saw her one last time and she would not discuss my hip and told me she would not dumb herself down to explain things to me. I had to call to get the type of stents and have yet to get my requested medical records. I was treated like a science experiment. She did not and would not prescribe me anything but tylenol for my aftercare. The nurses and doctors who actually took care of me were highly upset because of the… amount of pain I was in (and told her on the OR table it was happening) with nothing we could do. I had to use a cane and go to PT which did not help because it seems to be nerves that were hit with the placement of the stent. If I could I would refuse for her to use my body as a diagram of "before and after" for her conferences. It seemed to be what she cared about because she surely did NOT care for me. If I could tell anyone anything it would be to save your dignity and go out of state.

I am thoroughly convinced she saved my husband's life. She found blockages as a result of her diligence since there were no symptoms. My husband is doing great since his triple bypass surgery performed by another outstanding doctor.

This doctor doesn't care about her patient's time. You will wait for hours at each and every appointment. I had an 8am appointment, and after waiting for 2 hours I was told that I still had 3 people ahead of me. The doctor wasn't even at the office yet. The three people ahead of me were the same three people who were there when I first checked in. This appointment was to review my very expensive lab tests and ultrasound testing I had done due to leg swelling. I later found out, after seeing another doctor, that these tests were unnecessary, and he gave me a completely different diagnosis. The patients do nothing but complain in the waiting area the entire time and often end up trying to reschedule or walking out, like I did.

I have used Dr. Goldmann for many years. He saved my life when he found a severe blockage in a artery in my heart. He has worked hard to keep my cholesterol under control. I am so glad that I have not followed in my father's foot steps since he died of a massive heart attack. Highly recommended physician.

If there is time for a test to be done, it will be done whether you need it or not. If he has time free for a Catheterization, your test will be abnormal, therefore, you will "need" one, or some other kind of test he can make money on. The turn around in his staffing shows you how well the office is run, as well as the quality of the current staff. He was an amazing doctor, until his personal life began to get in the way of his professional life. Numerous people who I know, who also go to him, have all agreed, he used to be great, but is now sub-par. I would not recommend Dr. Goldmann.

What lovely staff! I went there nervous and they couldn't have been nicer to me. I would recommend this office to anyone. The staff knows their stuff. there is also a NP who works with him who is great as well. I know other people who go to Dr. Goldmann and have great things to say, now I know why. Thank you!

Have used Dr. Goldmann for many years and have recommended him to all my friends. Truly a compassionate doctor who cares about you and works with you individually. A refreshing change from the large group practices who shuttle you from doctor to doctor. Highly recommended.

I went to several other cardiologists who failed to determine that I had severe blockages in the arteries in my heart. Since I had my stents placed I have been doing great. If I had not seen Dr. Goldmann I know that I would have died.

If he has an open slot, he will find a reason why you need surgery.
