Excellent emergency care during a vacation. Dr Rossman was prompt and took care of an issue and had me back on the road quickly

Dr. Rossman took over the patients of Dr. Vern Campbell in Petoskey after his retirement. I've been waiting for cataract surgery since May. My calls were not returned. No one has responded to my email. I was billed in excess of what my insurance paid for an appointment with Dr. Campbell, however Dr. Rossman did not give me the courtesy of phone call or explanation. This constitutes a blatant disregard for the welfare of the clinics patients. Avoid this Practice.

I would recommend finding someone else. She doesn’t follow up like she says she will. Her staff makes promises as well but don’t follow through. Very disappointed

Highly technically proficient but lacks experience and patient empathy. She told me that because I had symptoms in one eye I would definitely have them in the other at some point. Really??
