Ashley Schuetz, CRNP, PMHNP

Ashley Schuetz is a nurse practitioner certified in both family practice and psychiatric mental health. She obtained her registered nurse diploma after attending Shadyside School of Nursing in 2008 and worked on several medical surgical inpatient floors before receiving her bachelors of Science at Chatham University, followed by her degree as a family nurse practitioner from Carlow University in 2015.

Ashley has since been a nurse practitioner with the Pittsburgh Public Schools starting in 2015. While in the school setting, she began to recognize the challenge students, and their families encounter when it comes to mental and behavioral healthcare. For her to better serve her students and further engage in a passion of hers, she attended and graduated from Wilkes University with her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification in 2024.

Ashley is now accepting in-person and virtual appointments for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-25 within Pennsylvania. …With her extensive knowledge and experience with Individualized Education Plans (IEP's), 504 plans, Individual Health Plans (IHP's), and other school related documents, being immersed as she is in the school setting is invaluable when diagnosing, collaborating, and creating specialized plans of care for students. Your child can thrive in the home and school setting with Ashley's help recognizing and advocating on students' behalf.

Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice of Psychiatry with locations in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, on The Main Line, Lehigh Valley, Manhattan (New York City), Wilmington, (Delaware), Southern New Jersey (Collingswood) and Delray Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County. Patients located in these areas can call our main scheduling line, to discuss providers licensed in their area, or to discuss an in-office appointment at their local Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates’ location.

We are a fee-for-service psychiatric practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, many patients can receive reimbursement for the majority of our fees, by submitting to their insurance company.
