Dr. Ashley Sikand, MD

I have never been to the most uncaring doctor in my life. I have been at the facility twice. The first visit I saw the PA. She put a instrument up my nostrils she said it looks good. I told her that i’m on antibiotics. That was my 3rd round of antibiotics in 2 months. I have sinuses infection frequently. She told me to come back next week and for me to stop taking the antibiotics. I returned exactly 7 days later. My sinuses are acting up but clear. Then they did a mini CT SCAN that I have never heard of. The PA looks at the scan and told me it’s normal. I had a previous CT scan at the radiology office two weeks before and there was a problem. With that being said she had Dr Sikand look at the mini CT Scan he said nothing to operate on. I told him the results at the radiology facility findings were abnormal. He turned around didn’t say anything. Dr Sikand never looked at my ears, throat or nose. Terrible experience and NEVER going back. I wouldn’t have him to check my dogs out.

I’ll preface by saying I have never given a review for anything but after several visits with Dr. Ashley Sikand, I felt compelled to do so. The quality care and customer service that I received with Dr. Sikand and his staff at Nevada Sinus Relief was truly remarkable and unparalleled. Dr. Sikand has outstanding bedside manner and makes you feel that he genuinely cares about your concerns. He has tremendous acumen and did an outstanding job with my eustachian tube balloon dilation and sinus balloon dilation. He went out of his way to work with my insurance to make a very costly out of pocket procedure very affordable. He was very flexible with his scheduling and even adjusted his schedule to make time for me, for a same day appointment over something I was in a panic about. His entire staff, especially Samantha, was very courteous and friendly and responded quickly to my calls and emails. I’m truly grateful to have him as my doctor.

I had balloon sinuplasty by Dr. Sikand and it did not help me. It seems like a waste of time and deductable. My headaches are worse than ever and Dr. Sikand simply could not stop them either with the balloon or after my many visits after the surgery.

3 hour waits, arrogant doctor, rude staff. Bad mix.

Horrible office staff and wait time. The Doctor made it worse by spending two minutes with me and explaining nothing. What a joke.

I waited for 2.5 months for an appt. They first told me my appt date and time and was repeated several time for verificaton. I drove all the way to Vegas and they weren't open. I called the next day and they told me a diffent date. I get 2 VM one 4 days before and one the day before to remind me. Then they called me 2 hrs before the appt and said the doctor looked at her chart and won't see her. I drove all the way to Vegas and waited 2.5 months for nothing. This dr is a joke.

I suffered from post-nasal drip and deviated septum problems since childhood which repeatedly led to bronchitis and pneumonia. I am now 69 years old. Dr. Sikand was the only ENT physician to find an answer with his revolutionary in-office balloon "surgery" procedure. I put the word "surgery" in quotes because it doesn't involve knives or scarring, and only takes less than 30 minutes. What a difference! I can breath again and no post-nasal drip. I cannot recommend this treatment and Dr. Sikand enough. He is not only brilliant, but also very caring. If you suffered like I did, make the effort to get treated and enjoy a better quality of life.

You went above and beyond the call of medical practice by working with the Entellus representative to secure the needed supplies for my surgery. Your office staff were professional and compassionate through the entire process. I want you to know that I have personally recommended your services to five of my colleagues that are in need of a consult. I know if they utilize your practice, they will have the same wonderful experience that I had. Thank you for making it possible for me to breathe through my nose.

Dr. Ashley and his staff have been incredibly helpful. Upon meeting for the first time, he was very direct, informative and provided me with a solution to my chronic sinus condition. After the Cat Scan was done, I went home and researched the procedure, and decided follow through with his recommendations, setting my fears aside. Two days ago my life changed. I met Dr. Ashley again before the surgery and he made sure I understood the procedure, and answered my questions. The contracted anastasiologist, Dr. Fonteond, was amazing and took great care of me, my throat didn't hurt nor was it raspy. That same day I slept for the first time in over 15 years breathing with both sides of my nose. Today I had the splints removed another simple procedure, he was quick and gentle. I recommend Dr. Ashley to give you the best medical advice, and if you should follow through with surgery, you're in the best qualified hands.

Dr Sikand has a very good bed side manner and made me feel very at ease during my procedure. Everything was done in his office and I went back to work fast.
