Dr. Ashley Tapscott, DO

Well, she bolted out of Huntersville and now looks like she has moved again…I hope she was exposed as the fraud a little quicker in Tennessee and Kentucky will expose her even faster! I’m reposting my review I left for her a couple of years ago. PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!… I’m reminded every day of her… so read below!!! Wish I could give her a minus...1 star is too good for her...

Found that Dr Tapscott is not well versed in urological problems. She did not seem to offer any meaningful solutions for me passing blood or my constant UTI's. Thank goodness I found a urologist that helped me. I wouldn't recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Tapscott has been very good, she explained everything in detail. She did not make me feel like we were wasting each other’s time. Very compassionate. Now the bad, scheduling for surgery is a 31/2 month wait, the only way to ask questions is online. It’s been a month and I still haven’t heard from the scheduler. I just hope if I need them post op it will be easy to get answers. My choice was between 3 Drs, one in New York City, one in Miami and her, I chose Dr. Tapscott because she is a hour drive and good reviews

Dr. Tapscott did emergency surgery on me in May when I was sent to the ER. I was very lucky she was available and appreciate her kindness to me and my family. She is the best!

I have been fighting UTI problems for years. I have finally found a physician who has done everything right. First, she really listened to me while making me feel at ease with a difficult subject. She knew the tests to run, and she did it all professionally and with caring. She is a gifted diagnostician and a talented specialist. I have only praise for Dr. Tapscott.

She is an amazing physician that is always on the cutting edge of her profession. She is kind, caring, an active listener, a problem solver, and truly has my best interest in mind at all times. My husband and I have both been patients for 4 years now and highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Tapscott by Dr Myers and was very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Tapscott. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Before and after surgery she was always so kind and spent time answering all my questions. I would definitely give her a 5 Star

I've seen Dr. Tapscott on multiple visits now and have received excellent care from her and her nurses. She has given me very thorough test to diagnose the problem. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful with anything from appointments to help when issues arise with insurance, etc.

My first visit with Dr. Tapscott they kept me waiting 30 minutes then told me she was not in the office today. I rescheduled a week later and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before I went to the front desk. I decided to cancel my appointment and find another doctor at a different practice. Don’t mind waiting a few minutes but they have to respect the patients time as well. Maybe we should send a reminder via email or text like they do. Dave Thompson
