Kramer Award of Excellence Dental Honor from Omicron Kappa Upsilon, after earning her Bachelor of Arts with Dean’s List Honors from Eastern Washington University. Her residencies included one year at the A.L. Murphy Veterans Administration Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, plus a second year of general practice residency at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, in Seattle. As someone who believes in giving back, Doctor Ulmer has also worked with the Kaiser Permanente Volunteer Free Clinic, the Veteran’s …Dental Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, the AIDS Clinic in San Antonio and in mission work in Belize.
