Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:My career in medicine started with my love of emergency nursing. The fundamentals of my practice are grounded in the patience, quality, empathy, and understanding required of a nurse. I chose to advance my career by becoming a family nurse practitioner because I enjoy caring for the entire lifespan, which allows the opportunity to care for patients long-term, thus building lasting and trusting relationships.What I want my patients to know about me:Taking care of my patients and their families is my greatest passion. I will always go above and beyond for my patients to help them achieve their goals physically, mentally, and spiritually. My objective is to create a mutually acceptable plan between myself and the patient to reach their desired outcomes.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I'm out of the office, I enjoy exercising, spending time with my family and my dog, traveling, camping, and reading.
