Dr. Ashley Mchugh White, MD

Ashley McHugh White, MD, helps children and adolescents through illness as a general pediatrician. Dr. White has a special interest in helping children with learning and developmental conditions so they can become their best and achieve their life dreams.

A native of Shreveport-Bossier City, Dr. White graduated from Caddo Magnet High School and Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She pursued higher education at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at the same location. She is a board certified pediatrician by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Away from the clinic, Dr. White enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing tennis, traveling and spending time with her furry children, two cats and two dogs. She especially enjoys spending time with her husband who is also a pediatrician, Dr. Randall White, Jr.
