Dr. Ashli Elizabeth West, MD

Dr. Ashli West is by far the most incredible health professional any parent could possibly hope for. I am the proud father of two beautiful boys whom have significant disabilities. She has been their pediatrician for most of their lives and due to their conditions we have had more appointments in a year than most people have during their lives. The exceptional level of knowledge, compassion and commitment she has displayed during the past 12 years is simply amazing. In my extensive experience with doctors I will tell you that my angels will remain with Dr. West as long as she is still practicing medicine and the only reason we stay in Ascension Parish.

I could not imagine another pediatrician for my children other than Dr. West. We first came to Dr. West 4 years ago at the birth of my oldest daughter; she was extremely patient, friendly, and informative with all of my first-time-mom concerns. She has been extremely helpful with my youngest daughter's kidney/bladder problems from birth (even more helpful than the three specialists we've seen).

Dr. West is a FANTASTIC doctor. She is wonderful with children, answers all of your questions, and really cares about her patients. She spends more than enough time with her patients and is very good at diagnosing problems. She is also very good at keeping up with the latest treatments and offering both conventional and new treatments to get her patients back to full health as soon as possible.
