Extremely poor customer service. The doctor needs to get rid of his entire staff and hire a staff that is knowledgeable and polite to his patients. Almost everyone can define bad customer service, because they've experienced it. It's defined by long hold times on the telephone, rude remarks made to them regarding their treatment, false promises, failure to fix problems, as well as other examples of poor customer service. Bad customer service has prompted me to look for another doctor. More specific, when I call to request a refill on my medication, I expect to talk to a person that can make this happen! When I call for a doctor's appointment, I expect to see the doctor and not his nurse; When I call his office, I do not expect to always hear a tape recording stating that "We are open but too busy to answer your call. When I am told that the doctor will call me back I do not expect to wait all evening and not hear from him or anyone on his staff. I believe the doctor is… knowledgeable and is caring for his staff, but he has a terrible office staff that poorly represents him and his business.

This doctor overbook appointments making for waiting time of more than a hour.

Multiple visits. Each time I waited over 4 hours to see the doctor.
