Dr. Ashok M Barot

I started as a patient when his Dad was the main Dentist. 19 years later I am still going. The front desk associate is AMAZING and knows me by face and the dental assistants are great too. Dr. Barot made my not so good smile look beautiful again. I can not stress how happy I am with the results.

Good Doctor

Dr. Barot begged me to stay at his practice after messing up my impressions 3 times!!! He offered me a lower price to stay and also told me money wasn't a problem so we didn't need to talk about payments. Midway into my Invisalign he was asking for payments that I didn't have and almost towards the end of my Invisalign my top teeth never shifted he then told me I would need surgery to correct my overbite but never told me that in the beginning. He's receptionist are very rude! I had called to speak to Dr. Barot because it seemed he was never getting the messages that I left. The receptionist told me to call on a Friday at 2pm and she would make sure he would be available. I called only to get the voicemail that following Monday I called the office again and she said they closed st 1:45pm that day , I asked her why didn't anyone return my phone call she just ignored me and said they closed early. I asked for Barots number she told me she couldn't give me his personal number I said… that's ok just give me his other offices number and I'll try those to see if I could catch him myself. She put me on hold for ten minutes just to tell me that she called Dr. Barot and he told her to tell me that I couldn't have the other offices numbers, and he would give me a call personally. I then said what if I wanted to change offices she said there was nothing she can do. The office receptionist are VERY unorganized and unprofessional I thought they were good but this new staff and the way their operating is not satisfying at all!!!
