OWNS HIS OWN EKG MACHINE AND ON MANY OCCASIONS HAS, INSISTED ON GIVING YOU THIS TEST WHETHER YOU NEED IT OR NOT. WHEN NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE HE GIVES AND YOU WANT TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR, HE HOLDS YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS RANSOM UNTIL YOU PAY HIM $50.00!! SAD, SAD, SAD!!

The only reason I stayed with this doctor as long as I did was the convenience to my home and because I really liked his nurse, Denise. Dr.Devatha always seemed to be in a rush and liked to push his products on me, including his expensive fitness club. He had my husband in there every 3 months for tests. Also sold him braces for his wrists for $60 that didn't work and refused to take them back. When our insurance changed to a HSA and we were told to wait for a bill from the doctor before paying so it could be billed to insurance, they would not bill us and still charged us a late fee and expected payment up front. That was the last straw. I changed doctors 3 years ago when we moved and now my husband is finally done with this office and will be finding a doctor closer to our home.

Dr Devatha is always on top of preventative care. If you follow his directions, you will be on top of everything necessary to maintain your health. Excellent caring staff.

Avoid this doctor. He does not care about his patients. He is in this field merely for the money and it shows. His beside mannor is atrocious.

Sometimes compassion comes to us in the form of a competent physician who offers an accurate diagnosis, and a remedy for our situation. Left the Urgent Care manned by Dr. Devatha armed with knowledge and finally experiencing a sense of relief. I will definitely go back! Thanks so much to Dakota for being so efficient and understanding too.

Dr.Devatha staff great, but dr.devatha does not seem to go over things with you, rushes in out, over charges insurance. looking for a New caring dr. he never smiles, sad.

He takes care of my 94 yr old aunt. He very nice keeps up with all her bloodwork and all testing. Wants to see her two times a year sick or healthy to stay on top of her health. She loves him and trust him it's a great comfort for her. Staff is awesome .

Dr. Devatha started out to be caring and concerned. But as time wore on it seemed every time I went in he had something new to 'pitch' and appeared to be more concerned on making money. $45 for a flu shot when I can go to the pharmacy for $20? I had to go every 90 days for a quick once over and for script renewal. My wife also thought he was 'test' happy. We switched to another Dr who we see twice a year going from spending $720/yr to $236/yr and who spends a lot more time with us. I am sorry this had to happen.

After moving to New Carlisle I wanted a new doc. Dr. Devatha was the only game in town. Getting an appointment was a breeze. Only waited 5minutes to get in. He was very thorough with everything. He discovered that my previous doc was giving me meds that caused gout and kidney stones. After straightening that out we began working on my weight and blood pressure. I went from 6 pills a day to 3. I went from 308 pounds down to 274! And I am still dropping. I feel great and it is all because of his guidance and encouragement. This man knows what he is doing.

THIS DOCTOR SEEMS TO BE MORE ABOUT HAVING YOU CONTINUE TO COME BACK EVERY WEEK THAN ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOUR HEALTH ! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY...IT SHOWS BECAUSE HE HAS A TENDACY TO RUN TESTS THERE IN HIS OFFICE IN WHICH HE OWNS THE EQUIPTMENT, INSTEAD OF SENDING YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WOULD BE BETTER QUALIFIED TO DIAGNOSE YOUR PROBLEMS. I FINALLY FOUND A DOCTOR SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO DOESN'T MIND SENDING ME OUT FOR VARIOUS TESTS TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE MY CONDITION, INSTEAD OF JUST PROFITING FROM ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY !! WILL NEVER GO BACK !!
