after seeing patients yrs, he stop taking their insurance and refuse to give them medication refils, u know what thats means for mental health, and even refuse to see them with cash pay, super weired, they need to suspend his license.

Dr. Ashraf Elshafei cares about the money and not the health of the people. He gives appointments but he and his staff don't follow the hours that they give to the patients. I had a 5:30 pm appointment and he didn't see me until 10:30 pm. If Dr. Ashraf finally sees you, the visit is not more than 2 minutes! I feel obliged to report this to protect patients who pay for a service with a doctor who has neither the values, not decency, nor respect for patients and medical professionals.

Great doctor, trash secretaries just like they all say. They do your prescriptions and phone calls and appointments. Wait time 4 hours , asking for meds is more than a hassle

The doctor listens and is great, but like the review on the bottom said: his staff are trash and beyond incompetent. Getting a script sent to pharmacy is like pulling out teeth. I don't understand how he lets them keep their jobs

What a wondering caring kind great gentleman, he has your back and will go out of his way to help his patient thats how much he cares and how dedicated he is to his patiences. I always look forward to his kind words and advice.

The wait time is ridiculous. Every single time I had a scheduled appointment I had to wait in the waiting room for at least 2 hours. Addionally, it's impossible to get in contact with the office staff via phone. Great doctor, but the customer service is horrible. I'm in the process of looking for another doctor because of this.
