Very dissatisfied with this practice. I was a patient for a few years and they dropped me without an explanation. No phone call, no letter.. nothing.. nurses are impossible to get in touch with. When I reached out to the office manager KATIE she never returned my calls.. drs. and their staff should always treat people w respect.. ??

I’m a patient of Dr. Henry’s and for once I was treated like a person! I am in chronic pain do to a doctors mistake! Dr. Henry read my chart took his time with me and made sure that what I needed was done! Never once did I feel unheard or mistreated! After years of no help I can say with all my heart that Dr. Henry is one of the best doctors in his specialty! And to add the staff from front desk to the nurses, tech’s etc we’re great!

My husband just started with Dr.Henry. He read all my husbands records,he was very concerned and listened to my husbands concerns..my husband has a number of health issues..the office staff is excellent and we are glad we found Dr Henry..

This doctor is a sellout. He joined Dent and threw all of his patients to the wind, suddenly denying access to medications and treating every patient like a drug addict.

Horrible experience with him and his staff. Wasted 7 weeks of my life and now I have to find a new doctor.

My most recent experience with Dr Henry was a little over a month ago. I have Lymphedema, a condition that can cause frequent open areas and severe chronic pain. Dr Henry was empatheric, supportive and knowledgeable (as usual). He prescibed a compounded cream to be applied 3-4 times a day and my use of pain medication is already down 50%.....hope to be off all pain pills within the next 60 days!!!!! My only complaint is that despite seeing patients starting at 7 AM, it can be difficult to get in at times. Believe me, folks----he IS THAT GOOD!

Beware: This doctor has sold out to a higher power. Dent Administration is horrible, and doesn't care two wits about patients, but nonetheless, a doctor who has no concern for his pain management patients is useless. He was my doctor for 10 years, but after dealing with him at Dent, wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole, even if you got the chance to see a doctor rather than some rude, under trained, physicians assistant who treats you like a drug addict.

Dr Henry is a good doctor. But you no longer see him. The NP is rude, doesn't listen to you. She doesn't work with you, she just wants you off your meds. When you reorder your pills she just lowers the dosage without a consultation with you. She makes you feel like a street junkie. I went to and stayed with Dr Henry because of him. Now that he doesn't see you, why go there, I have no peace only frustration.
