Dr. Hilmy might have a bigger ego than he should. He did not take time to talk to me, didn't care for me as a patient. No follow up calls after surgery. I believe he spent 2 minutes with me to discuss my procedures and outcomes.

This was my first visit to discuss possible surgury. I filled in my forms, and was shown to a room in a few minutes of completing the forms, and his intern began to discuss my situation with me very soon after. Dr. Hilmy then came into the exam room, and I felt that he took time to discuss my situation and my options. I left with a plan to address my situation, and I felt that I had been put into control of the situation. The office staff and Dr. Hilmy were very professional and treated me as a valued client.
