Dr. Ashray Ohri, MD

Dr. Ohri is by far above any ER doc I have ever seen in my life and that’s been quite a few. He was personable funny and informative and greatly empathetic and a good listener. He let me go on my terms not his. Little by little introducing more and more medication until I was feeling much better.I wish all doctors behaved like him. Outstanding bedside behavior just beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I wish he had a practice instead of being an ER doctor. But he is placed in the best position for his specialty

He went above and beyond the requirements of his position. My case was somewhat difficult to specifically diagnose, but he keep at it until we got to a logical conclusion. Thanks for your help Doc.

I’m writing this for my mom, English is not her first language. She was in the ER being treated for a calcium deficiency and the nurse asked her if she wanted an IV. my mom, not understanding that the drug she would need, needed to be administered with the IV told this nurse no to the IV, she thought she just needed the medicine. After the drug was administered and she didn’t feel any better, Dr Ohri came in, yelled at my mom for not taking the IV, and berated her for saying no to the IV. He yelled at her and raised his voice at her. A PATIENT IN THE HOSPITAL. I don’t know if he was frustrated because my mom’s English isn’t great, I don’t care. I will be filing a grievance with the hospital because this is outrageous. No human should be yelled at by a doctor.
