Dr. Ashu K Goyle, DO

I have had excruciating "tailbone" pain for over 8 months. My doctor had ordered X-Rays and even an MRI, no pain relief or problems solve. He referred me to Dr. Goyle. In fewer than 10 minutes Dr. Goyle had found the real source of my problem is not my tailbone at all, it is my hip and set me up on a treatment plan to finally live a pain-free life. Truly life changing! He then spent time with me explaining the source of the pain. He listened, he knows his stuff and has a very simple, detailed way of explaining the human body to where you can understand how injuries occur to certain areas and how to repair and heal yourself WITHOUT pain meds. He was right on time, friendly, funny and beyond helpful. I would definitely recommend people looking for pain solutions rather than a prescription, go see him.

Doc told me his A $ $ was owned by a billion dollar corporation" and could not treat me the way I needed due to constraints of said corporation. I'd rather a doctor who is un-owned with freewill to practice medicine. Would like to note his pupils were so dilated from a foot away and he was quite peppy, IMO. And yes, I too received an EOB $1200+.

Dr Goyle is AMAZING! After trying to figure out my condition for almost a year with many other doctors, he had answers for me in one visit. He is completely committed to helping you get better, and makes you feel like family. While it took awhile to actually get my condition under control (no fault of his; insurance wasn’t cooperative), I am back to living my life in a way I didn’t think was going to be possible. He doesn’t take any crap, and is a genuine person you look forward to seeing because you know he actually cares. To find a doctor so genuinely excited for your recovery is a rare find, and I *highly* recommend him!!

Beware of extreme price gouging! I had a simple office consult for 15 minutes with Dr. Goyle with no physical treatment or prescribed pain medicine issued and was sent a bill for $1,242.00. When I called back anonymously as a new patient, the office quoted $250.00 cash for a standard 30 minute visit. I then admitted I had been seen by Dr. Goyle for a consult and questioned the amount on bill I received. The lady became irate. She then told me to call billing and hung up on me. Not very professional.

Awesome, professional, compassionate, thorough, supportive, progressive, very cohesive team!! Most of all honest, straight forward!! I was wth a previous pm doctor & staff for 6 yrs. The the owner a head Dr in charge & staff, we're so unethical, I can't even begin to tell the story, it was not good!! Thank You Lord, for placing me in safe hands!!

Dr Goyle is one of the most caring Doctors I have seen. He has a sincere desire to help find the right protocol to get you out of pain as soon as possible.

Dr Goyle listened to my history and created a treatment based upon my needs.Excellent practioner and very caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

As a pain doctor, not recommended. As a severe chronic pain sufferer for 36 years I have seen 4 different pain specialists, Dr. Goyle was the worst. He doesn't listen when it comes to prior proven treatments that worked in the past. He wants to do it his way which provided little effect and was a waste of time and suffering. He doesn't read medical records thoroughly, even though it states in my records I have an large unhealed pelvic fracture he was unaware until I showed him an x-ray print-out. I had been a patient for almost 2 years. He provided me incorrect information regarding pain pump implants, told me it would provide relief for pain in my neck,arms,back/pelvis and foot. When I talked to the Dr. in the group that installs the pump I was told I had 2 choices for pain relief, either upper or lower body. They were willing to install the pump even though every site I researched and my previous pain doctor (the late great Dr. Pattabi Kalyanam) said absolutely not for a coumidin… user like myself. Dr Goyle isn't honest about laws pertaining to prescribing opiates pain meds and the use of medical marijuana. He claims the DEA can take his license for prescribing opiates to a legal medical marijuana user, which is not the case. It is at a doctors discretion to do so or not, he should say it's his decision not to. Seek out ulteritive methods of pain relief before you let pain doctors hook you into the opiate pain pill racket. Once you start it's downhill from there, take it from me. No more for me. Good Luck!

I have been seeing this Doc for almost a year. He has been fantastic in finding a treatment that works and does not make me feel "drugged". I was reluctant to go to a pain mgt doctor - but he has restored my quality of life. He is very talented, kind, and listens to my concerns. Other physicans simply wanted to throw medication at the problem but Dr. Goyle took the time to find a solution. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
