Excellent doctor!

I just had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Kacker two days ago at Weil Cornell. My experience was wonderful. I have no words to express my gratitude for Dr. Kacker who already saved my life three years ago with pituitary tumor resection. Living in Florida I was still under continuous care with Dr. Kacker while suffering from pansinusitis. I flew from Florida to New York for my sinus surgery because I wanted the Best ENT surgeon and I trust him to take great care of me. My expectations have been totally exceeded. Once again Dr. Kacker helped to save my quality of life with his highly effective sinus surgery. It was just two days ago and I feel good already. Just to mention, the anesthesiology and nursing staff at the hospital were super friendly and very helpful. Dr Kacker is my hero, and I am very blessed for having him as my surgeon and ENT. Thank you Dr. Kacker from the bottom of my heart - you took and continue to take great care of me.

Dr Kacker is hands down the best Doctor I have ever seen. He has done my Sinus surgery. plus my friends and family. Amazing Beside manner and has ALWAYS made time for me last minute when sick. (My Entire family uses Him) my only regret is that I can’t have him as my primary care Dr, he is the best I’ve ever seen.

Sitting at the airport this morning, feeling good about my being able “to clear” on the flight to a family reunion. Dr. Kacker has brought exponential healing, joy and confidence through the years. For your brilliant care, thank you so much, Dr. Kacker!!!

The whole appointment experience when going to see Dr. Kacker brings overall health and encouragement. His expertise and excellence as a physician is reflected in each staff person from the receptionist to the physician’s assistant. He has kept my ears, nose, and throat working in sync for almost 20 years. I am so grateful for his gentle manner and reassurance as he works so skillfully each visit.

Please read patient's note carefully, please listen and communicate with patient clearly to understand the need that is needed to be addressed. There was a lot of back and forth and duplicating efforts made when I become lost in the unclear communication between staffs, ordering, and website information. All the redundancies and confusion I suffered could have been avoided.

Very rushed; it was more about "selling" a hearing aid rather than my immediate health issue (which admittedly turned out to be a non-issue), but I had to probe to get my related questions answered. He never even looked at the affected ear, just came into the exam room and spoke for a few seconds about my (as I knew) hearing loss as evidenced by the tests. I did not at all get the impression that he was focused on me and my issues.

My mother has Alzheimer’s and Dementia I am her daughter who is writing this review for her. From my contact up front with this Doctor he is very, very good he took care of my mother and cleaned her ears very good he had patience with her and took his time I observed and saw he is the best I have ever seen.
