I have no problems with Dr. Kamath. His staff was nice. He told me all we needed to know. Had my blood test done there. I would recommend his service. They were all professional and treated me that way. They gave me an appointment at the Hiram Wellstar location, which which I preferred

In my opinion, the last 2 reviews are false. What also needs to be noted is that my Mom was a patient with Fresenius Medical Care (Dialysis) for almost a year when Kamath became the new medical director. Because he didn't like that we questioned him, he involuntary discharged her. We were given a month to find a new dialysis center. My Mom is also a cancer patient. We could have stayed at this clinic, but because of him involuntary discharging us, no other doctor would accept her. But things did work out for the best because we are now with a better dialysis company & better nephrology practice. It's my understanding that some of the other employees have since left as well, they have morals & didn't like and/or didn't want to continue working under Kamath. Kamath is unethical & incompetent & I will continue to expose & report him.

I am so grateful for this doctor. Six months ago, I was really sick, and he got me admitted to the hospital for a kidney biopsy. So the chemo is working and keeping me off dialysis.

Dr Kamath is an amazing doctor. He is kind and thorough. I moved from out of state, and he took the time to go through all my records. I was very nervous about having lupus in my kidneys, and he is helping me deal with the chemo. He goes over all of my labs with me at each visit in detail.

Do not go to this man or any doctor with Georgia Kidney Associates. They are unethical & have this "my way or the highway" type of attitude, bullying patients. Patients have a right to have a say in their healthcare, actually the final say. They do not have a partnership with the patients. This "man" dropped a 77 year old cancer patient without proper consultation, this is the type of person he is. However, things turned out to be a blessing in disguise. He has a family & may the same type of treatment & behavior happen to him & them as well.
