Dr. Kumar is the best weight loss surgeon. He is very skilled and has great bed side manners.

Dr. Kumar performed gallbladder surgery on my husband, who is nearly 80 years old. He has wonderful bedside manner; explained to us the process of the surgery. He was very sincere and overall caring with his care. After my husband's surgery he came and spoke to me;again with the same sincerity as before. He us a wonderful doctor/surgeon. Our county is very lucky to have such a wonderful, caring and sincere doctor available to us. WE would highly recommend Dr. Kumar to everyone. He is a godsend doctor.

I am three weeks out of surgery for a condition called Achalasia.For those who don't know about this, it is a condition where food does not enter the stomach properly and stays in your esophagus. I thought I would have to live the rest of my life with this conidtion until I met Dr. Kumar. After 25 years I am able to eat like normal without worrying about my condition. Dr. Kumar was very polite and explained everything up front to me before the sturgery. He made sure all my questions and fears were addressed. The surgery was a success thanks to Dr. Kumar and I felt little discomfort after. With the severity of the case I had, I can tell Dr. Kumar is a very talented Dr. to be able to get me back to being normal. I cannot express enough thanks for his bedside manner. He treated me like a friend, not a patient. This is a rare trait to find in such a busy profession. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Kumar.

I was very lucky that Kr Kumar was available when I was admitted to the emergency room with an obstructed bowel. He did a great job of explaining to me what had to be done, and how he was going to do it. I was not a good surgical risk, but he was able to put my mind at ease, and the results have been fantastic. The difference between this surgery and my last Hospital stay is night and day. This was like a walk in the park. I cannot recommend Dr. Kumar high enough, as a surgeon and person.

He is one of the nicest and caring surgeons I've seen always trying to help, and when I had questions he answered them to the fullest and in a way you could understand. He also made sure you are comfortable and aware of everything he has planned..

Dr. Kumar is an excellent doctor. He sat down with me and explained every detail he's going to do during the procedure. He basically answered all my questions before I even had to ask. On the day of the procedure that's when I started feeling nervous. But after meeting with all the staff he works with during the procedure I felt like I was in good hands. It felt like I was in and out in no time at all. I can't even tell I had surgery. I have to say he is a great doctor.

My doctor referred me to Dr. Kumar due to an umbilical cord hernia. During my first consultation with Dr. Kumar I was dumbfounded with him. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do during the repair procedure. When the day came for my procedure he reassured that there would be no scarring. I wish I could show you guys my belly button.. I have no scar. He is an awesome doctor but even better an awesome human being that actually cares for his patients. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Kumar was so helpful and very through when he was explaining the emergency surgical procedure. He even went to the extent to draw a picture to give me an idea of why I was in so much pain. AWESOME DOCTOR!!!!! I highly recommend him!
