The office was extremely professional and very friendly, they went out of there way to make me feel at ease. Dr. Husain ws very nice before the procedure, but also made a point yo come talk to me before I went home.

The staff was fantastic-very friendly, answered all my questions, visited with me & made the experience as enjoyable as possible. Dr Husain was friendly, efficient & made sure i understood everything that was going on. Overall experience was a 10.

Dr. Husain is a wonderful doctor. He has treated my husband before and this was my first visit with him. He was patient and explained everything. The staff at the facility were above and beyond fabulous. While I didn't get much information at the end of my procedure, Dr. Husain did take time to speak to me briefly. I would give the staff 10 stars, Dr. Husain 5 stars and the scheduling office 0 stars. The scheduling for this appointment was horrific. They called 4 days prior to my procedure, that had been booked for over 40 days, to tell me that I was "assigned" to another doctor and so would have to reschedule this procedure. UM NO!! As anyone knows, preparation to have this done is not easy and requires an outside driver and time off. I was furious. While they did honor the appointment as scheduled, I will likely never use Rocky Mountain Gastroenterology again. I guess as the patient you do not have the right to chose your days or doctor. No thank you!
