Besides several Advent Hospitals, he has no phone number and he has no address. No one at the hospital or the doctors who treated my mother-in-law knows who he is. His billing company is in Los Angeles, CA. He must have copied her info and sent two ‘consultation’ bills to her insurance company. He was paid for one and we are being billed for the other. He is nothing but a scam artist, near as I can figure.

This man does not even go in a patient's room He ordered a feeding tube and stopped meals and never bothered to increase my husband's IV fluids.I continued to ask Advent Deland PCU nurses to address this issue with him. They paged him to talk to me and he never called back. After inadequate fluid intake for over a day Dr.Mirza came in my husband's room pressuring me to consent to surgically putting in a feeding tube. Although his swallow test results indicated he could handle a pured diet. I believe this was his way of trying to cover his mistake of not increasing my husband's fluid intake when he ordered him to no longer have any fluids by mouth. The next thing I find out is he ordered a consult with a neurologist. By denying him adequate fluids he compromised his kidneys causing him to go into acute renal failure. My husband's lab values were a normal creatine level upon admission and stayed that way until he was denied adequate fluids while on Antibiotic therapy.
