Dr. Asif Mian Qadri, MD

After reading the other reviews I can see that my experience with getting misinformation, no call back and having to drive there to make an appointment are just the norm. I finally got to see Dr Q himself and I really like and trust him. I shared my struggle with him about his office staff. I’m dealing with a serious illness and I am very sick. I have given this office more than enough chances to get the seemingly simple things right and they failed me for the last time. My heart is broken because he is very good and I would rather receive care from him, but it’s impossible to get anyone to even answer the phone. Please clean this up or your practice will not survive. I have never felt more like a doctor’s office didn’t care whether I live or die. Awful. It pains me to say it, but STAY AWAY.

Dr. Qadri is exceptionally good/knowledgeable. However, his office is too busy to call a patient back. I was referred to a surgeon, but when I called to make an appt, Dr. Qadri's office had not sent the referral. I have called for 21 days to try to get in touch with someone at his office and left numerous messages. No one will call me back.

STAY AWAY!! I would encourage any veteran to seek help elsewhere. I NEED medical attention. I have been canceled on for EVERY APPOINTMENT for over a year now. Per the receptionist - Quadri will drop you if you get a 2nd opinion. Stay out of the restroom in the waiting area - poop was smeared on the walls.

Dr Q is awesome IF you get to see HIM & not a NP! It takes forever to get anyone on the phone for prescript refills or make appt! That is THE WORST! Waiting over a week to make an appt for colonoscopy Dr Q wants & can't get a call back! Dr Q you need to fix your office personnel NOW! Love the doc, but the office people are horrible! Ridiculous your patients can't see YOU or get an appt for what they need without calling 50 times!

I was hospitalized and Dr. Qadri saw my appreciation and help me get past it. I was grateful for his kindness.

Many posters around the office stating policies about payments. I felt an overemphasis on payment rather than emphasizing healing patients. The wait was about 45 minutes. Staff was neutral to rude. The doctor was arrogant.

However, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Had to call three times in a week to get 2 prescription refills. Was told give it 10 mins & check with pharmacy before you go to pick it up. The pharmacy faxed Dr office 3 times & still not filled! There is absolutely NO excuse for anyone to have to call dr office three times to get refills & the pharmacy to fax 3 times! Unacceptable!!

I was to be a new patient. I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork but was surprised there was no one in the office/behind reception counter to greet me. I said, “Anyone here?” No answer. I then saw a sign sitting flat on desk that said, “Be back at 1:00 pm.” I thought the receptionist must have run out for lunch. I sat down to wait. By 1:20 pm no one had returned so I returned to the reception desk to again say, “Anyone here?” No answer. So in a louder voice, “ANYONE HERE?” No answer. I sat down, thinking to myself I’d give them until 1:30 pm (30 min past my appointment time) and if no one shows up I’d just leave. About 1:25 pm a person came to the desk and identified herself as work “in the back office.” “I don’t know where the receptionist is. Perhaps she’s caught in traffic?” She indicates she didn’t know the procedure for a new patient, but found a clip board and asked me to fill out the forms. I told her my first impression of their practice was not good and… asked if this was typical. She said, “ No, we don’t operate like this.” I responded, “But today you did!” I told the back office person I’d find another doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Qadri for many years now and this man honestly has helped and listens to all of my concerns. WE work as a team to keep my Crohns in remission. I am in remission going on 12 years now and like I said WE work together to keep me healthy and safe. Best doctor there is as far as I am concerned!!! My family and I are extremely thankful for him!!!

I had to have a couple of procedures and was comfortable with the doctor and his associates. The only thing is the woman that booked appointments was not a very pleasant person to deal with and put me off, but everyone else seemed to be fine. She could use a lesson in customer service.
