Dr. Asit Patnaik, MD

Ok the good, the bad, and the ugly. Doc is good, he is compassionate and takes time to speak with me. My only issue is that he needs to guide more towards a solution to my high A1C than doing blood tests every three months. Give me suggestions and I will follow them. Happy as a pig in mud that this guy isn’t a prescription nut. Teed off with the dark haired nurse who takes my BP....granted she does good manual BPs...but she made a snarky remark about me taking my BP, recording on my Walgreens app to get points. She also became snarky with me because I took high blood pressure medication as I had a high diastolic reading prior to my appointment. Trust I am not going wait for this chick to throw me an aspirin if I am having an infarct. Doc was ok with what I did. Needless to say her idea of an assessment is weight and BP. Hate to tell you any patient with heart issues or any normal patient needs to have heart rate, BP, and O2 assessed. Because these items are not addressed in any… evaluation going elsewhere

The staff is so unprofessional ! The women I. The front are rude and trashy. Especially the heavy set women who sits in the front.

Dr. Patnaik is great. Unfortunately his staff is rude, and don't seem to care for how they talk to patients. Every time I have to interact with the receptionists I get upset, I've always wonder how can they go away with this. I mean, after all, this is a business and they should take care of their customers! The only reason we still go to this office is because we like Dr. Patnaik.

I really enjoy going to see Dr. Patnaik and Lianne. HOWEVER, the office staff is incredible rude. They always have a nasty attitude in person and on the phone. If it weren't for Dr Patnaik and Lianne I would have switched to another doctor.

Great doc and very friendly. he spends alot of time with you and really cares. He even followed up with a phone call to my house to make sure I got better. He's the best doc I have ever had. He really needs to see his front office though. not the friendliest crew. I got to hear about someone's love life, their drinking they did over the weekend and all other gossip in the office. they need some of the customer service skills that the good doc demonstrates. he's a great doc, just wish he would straighten out that front office.

Dr. Patniak delivers care with professionalism. He is an excellent clinician who actually spends quality time with his patients. I have recommended Dr. Patniak to friends and family.

I just switched to Dr. Patnaik after my doctor decided to charge me $1500 extra to be his patient (!!!). I found Dr. Patnaik to be comforting and caring. He seemed very down to earth and willing to listen. Very nice bedside manner!His practice is quite busy but the office seems to be run quite efficiently. My husband has switched to him as well and we are both very pleased. As another reviewer stated, Dr. Patnaik is very 'genuine' and you get the feeling he really cares. Also, he is on time!

Prompt, thorough, efficient, caring. Was highly recommended by friend and exceeded all expectations.

Wonderful Doctor but one of his nurses is very arrogant and I have considered leaving the practice because of her. She leaves messages of results on my answering machine that disturbs my family.

I have been with this practice for 7 years and Dr. Patnaik has been my doctor for the past 2 years after my previous doctor retired from medicine. When my prior doc retired, I was thinking about changing practices, but after my first visit with Dr. Patnaik, I knew I would stay! He took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions, go over my whole medical history, ask about my family, examine me, and was so complimentary about my former doctor! He won me over on that first visit with his punctuality, care, personality ( he's quite witty)..highly recommended!
