BEWARE ! She will refuse your prescription if you ask any questions

I am having issues with staff She is good what she does, but staff is very rude or I would say not co-operative.

My mom got referred to this doctor and went with a bad UTI today, and she didn’t order any blood work for her to test her kidney functions, and now I’m taking her to the ER because she’s having severe back pain.

Both my husband and I love her!! She’s great for all ages!

I have always had good care from everyone in this office. I have recommended Dr. Amaud to family and friends and everyone who has gone to her has been very satisfied. I love that they do the lab draws at the office.

Didn’t disclose the fact that my blood work would be done in house and out of network. Got surprise lab bill of 311.00.

I regret choosing Dr. Asma as my primary care physician. During my appointment, she was very professional and a good listener. But after the appointment, no one from the clinic informed us about my test results. When I called them to ask what the doctor recommends me to do next, like if I should go to a specialist or not since some of the results were not normal, the receptionist said that she will discuss it with the nurse and call me back. She never did. When I again called after 2 weeks, she said that she will talk to the doctor about it and let me know. She never called me back. When I called the third tome, she said it’s their lunch time and she will call me back later on. But as expected, she never did. And the receptionist is really rude and she makes patients sound like an idiot. I will definitely not going to dr. Asma for my yearly check up next year cause her staff is literally the worst. Also, when they were drawing my blood, they were having a hard time finding my veins.… They bruised me and one of the nurse made it sound like as if it’s my fault that they are having a hard time finding my veins!! In short, going to dr. Asma is literally a waste of time, so avoid her if you can!

I love Dr. Ahmad and I’ve been seeing her for years. However, I really miss her old receptionist. The new one is rude and condescending. She doesn’t make patients feel welcome, and she talks to us as if we’re simple minded idiots.

Dr A and staff very efficient and organized. Glad to have found our new Dr.

She is all that I expect of a family physician and more. She is well-versed in her profession, a great listener and outstanding diagnostician. I strongly recommend her
