Asma Moussaoui, MD

Dr. Asma Moussaoui is a neurologist who specializes in vascular neurology, focusing on conditions that affect blood flow to the brain and nervous system. She earned her medical degree from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University School of Medicine and completed her medical training through residencies at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic in 2017, with additional education in Paris in 2013. Dr. Moussaoui further advanced her expertise through a fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in 2018, giving her over two decades of experience in neurological care. She provides care in English for her patients.

Dr. Moussaoui practices at Henry Ford River District Hospital in East China, Michigan, and Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit. She treats patients experiencing changes in consciousness, numbness or reduced sensation, and persistent fatigue. Her clinical expertise includes performing CT angiograms to evaluate blood vessels and MRI scans for detailed brain imaging, …while also providing emergency neurological care when patients need immediate attention.
