Dr. Asma Akhtar Weber

FYI, Asma is now on a 2 year sabbatical. SHE is a great primary care provider. The practice she belonged to is moving to another site and will be under different ownership.

I had been a patient with Dr. Asma for ten years- This past year has been a nightmare. Prescriptions not being filled in a timely manner - forced to see a PA and not a Dr. Phone calls are no longer being returned and I am not an abuser I see the Dr. twice a year because of diabetic issues. Dr. Asma is no longer available to see patients except maybe once a month. I was given a diagnosis for a condition I did not even know I had, but no explanation as to how to treat it or what the final outcome might be if I chose not to take the desired medication. The office is in total chaos a new MA hired who speaks very little english and constantly refers you to the wrong person. I value my life and have had to struggle with many issues and need a Dr. I can trust. How very sad for the community to lose, what was once, a good and thoughtful physician. It is now time to find another physician

Dr. Weber doesn't concern herself with how long she should stay with a patient. She spends as much time with her patients as is medically necessary. She is very caring and very open to discuss any matters that you may have. The only trouble is getting in to see her without having to wait for close to a month.
