Dr. Asmita Chaitanya Joshi, MD

I been going to this Dr office for a while every time ago the staff is very rude Since I was a diabetic patient I continue to see her But with the current Corona virus issued I tried not to go and see her for the blood work and exam I called and ask if the doctor if she can refill my medicine that last me for another month The office refused I have to come and see her.as my doctor she should recommend me to stay safe instead tell me to take a risk I told them i am not feeling well I need to make another appointment they refused. When I said I will you report to health department I am at risk I can’t even go to work after 14 days I will come they call me back and the doctor says she will order one month supply and discharge me she does want to see me no more Thank Goodness she is not the only doctor in this world.

I changed my previous Physician for my child to go to Dr. Joshi. She is o. However, her office staff is quite rude. On more than one occasion the front desk has responded with lack of courtesy and politeness that one would expect from a doctor's office. (Not to be negative, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor.) In one occasion, I left an urgent message for the doctor with their answering service requesting a call back as my child was sick. No one called back and I had to take my child to an urgent care facility. I have never experienced such poor service from a provider.

Dr. Asmita Joshi is an excellent physician. I really like her because she is always concerned about my health. Even if I haven't seen her for any medical concerns in awhile, Dr. Joshi is always very pleasant. I want to keep her as my primary Dr.

Caring, intelligent,professional physician. Was so impressed with the care she gave to my son, that now the whole family uses her, including me.

The Front-Office staff (Shema) is extremely rude.

Had my first appt today at 1:15 pm with Dr Joshi. Arrived at 1:00 pm and was told that the Dr had a personal issue with child. This is nothing out of the norm and things happen. The issue I have is the front desk person was reading a book. The waiting room was empty. They did not attempt to contact me to let me know the Dr had to leave. It is difficult scheduling around a dr appt, taking a 1/2 day off. The service of the front desk/nurse is as important and the doctor themself. Unfortunately, I will not reschedule and will find another primary care. For anyone that is familar with States Bridge rd, I would recommend taking a look at the location and stand alone bldg. It was a little surprising.

They are after money than providing service. They charge me and my insurance company as well for the immunization received. If I dont see it, it remains.
