No one ever answers the phone when they do messages are not going to the manager. I had to wait 2 weeks to get a refill on my meds. They tell you to call the pharmacy. As of today I've been waiting for my meds for 4 days, here I go again. I get my meds at Winn-Dixie they said they are still waiting on the doctors office. The AscensionRx is just as bad same excuse as to why my meds aren't being prescribe. Now I am on the phone with the with the two girls at the front desk they called me a liar, that they do indeed answer the phone. When is it okay for the front office girls to tell a patient they are liars!!!! And calling me rude after waiting for 2 weeks for my meds and asking for the manger to call over a month and a half ago. Let's see if I hear from the manager Sandra today

Dr. Patel is a very pleasant, professional, and courteous doctor. Dr, Patel listens to all of your concerns to see what is the best treatment for health.

Rude! Rude! Rude! When I went to her initially I was so glad someone was going to finally treat my osteoporosis...wrong! She sent me for numerous xrays from head to toe, totally ignore my prior diagnosis for fibromyalgia and then reference to pain management abs physical therapy. After numerous request she finally had her staff contact me regarding my debilitating condition over a week later,of course, to tell me she would not prescribe anything. When I questioned them as to why, Asmita called me personally to tell me off, and yelled and screamed at me and slammed the phone down! So professional!

Dr. Patel is a very nice, informative Doctor who is concerned about my physical and mental health, and does what she can do within her realm of expertise to make me feel better. I appreciate her concern, and I did not want to drive the distance when she moved from Riverside, but it's hard to find a good Doctor that cares not only about money but the patient as well.

Ive been a pt for 5 years n she exceeded my expectations every time i see her for my appt.She listens to my concerns about my health n treat it accordingly.She is a very nice person n has good manners too.

Suffered for 2 years with breathlessness off/on. ER twice, all kinds of tests - nothing found. Dr Patel listened, after feeling ribs suggested it was probably inflammation of the linings (may not be her exact wording). Gave me a prescription for Predisone. WONDERFUL, FEEL BETTER THAN HAVE IN 2 years.

Dr. Patel is such a kind, loving, professional Doctor. She takes the time explaining treatment plans, gives hugs if you need them, helps you thru hard times. She cares about her patients.

I was fortunate to be a new patient for Dr. Patel. She is thorough and kind. She listened to my thoughts about my health and was pleasant to work with. Dr Patel is a knowledgeable doctor and I could feel her concern for me. I highly recommend her if you need a rheumatologist.

The time you wait is not worth the service you get.
