Dr. Asya Lvovna Segalene, MD

Dr. Segalene got my asthma under control and I stopped coughing. I had an asthmatic cough for 7 months. Steroids would stop coughing for only a few weeks and then symptoms of asthma with coughing would return. I followed Dr. Segalene’s advice using new prescriptions and I feel better than I have in months. Thank you Dr. Segalene.

Dr Segalene and the staff are wonderful! Since I have severe asthma and allergies I have needed medical assistance to keep me feeling well. This is why I have been getting allergy shots monthly or bi-weekly for 14 years. My lungs have never felt better!

Dr. Segalene has been a tremendous blessing to me! I came to her a year ago from another practice and she went over my records and current health status meticulously. She was so positive, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. The doctor was great at the naperville location. Debbie from the billing department is the worst. I was waiting for blue cross to respond with what my copays was going to be, spoke with Debbie and she assured me to give her a call by the end of the week. After talking to blue cross I found out what the total would be Debbie had sent my account to collections on the same day we spoke. Cost me $200. I paid the balance immediately. When I talked to Debbie she stated that was my problem she had bills to pay. I posted a google review about my experience and the company replied that they have bills to pay and I wasnt trying to pay. If you want to deal with a company that does not offer an apology or look into the matter then this is the place for you.

Dr. Asya Segaline’s office was great. The staff did the testing efficiently, and Dr. Segaline was thorough when explaining the results. In the end, they were able to help me learn how manage my allergies, and my symptoms have become controlled. Anyone with allergies or asthma should see Dr. Asya Segaline!

I was so impressed with Dr. Segalene. She had reviewed carefully my medical history before our appointment. She was caring, compassionate and professional. She is very knowledgeable about allergy and recent medical findings. She gave me a stack of information when I left that included additional reading material that may help and recent developments in the study of allergy. I really felt validated and optimistic when I left the office.
