“I was a patient of Dr. [Name] and left due to serious concerns about his willingness to refer patients for necessary specialist care. A chest X-ray taken during my care showed a significant hiatal hernia. He did not refer me for follow-up. I later had a CT scan that confirmed a giant paraesophageal hernia Type III/IV with gastric volvulus — meaning my stomach had herniated into my chest cavity and was twisted. This was not caught or acted on during my time as his patient despite imaging that showed it. I eventually changed PCPs and got the referrals I needed. If you are someone who needs specialist care and expects your PCP to advocate for that, I would think carefully before choosing this practice.”

Dr. Butt has been my physcian for 17 years. He & Lisa are kind & show a great deal of compassion. They look out for me & whenever I need them, they are there for me. Thank you Dr. Butt!

Came to this office for an issue I was having, to my surprise the staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Dr Butt was very knowledgeable and caring and diagnosed my condition. Office is clean, organized and kept up.. highly recommend them

Gave them 5 stars becase they truly are 5 star office. from the front desk to the back office. Lisa is amazing with her patients truly and genuinely cares about them. Dr Butt is wonderful, they go above and beyond.. Everyone needs a Drs office like them.

I gave a 5* because when I walk into the office you cannot ask for a nicer staff and Dr. Butt and his assistant Lisa Lauderdale are wonderful, I never feel rush when I go there- If anyone is looking for a caring and great doctor you need to see them, you won't be sorry.

Excellent Dr, listened to my concerns answered all my questions, never rushed out like my previous PCP< referral was generated on the spot to specialist he referred me to, friendly and caring staff. very clean office and organized.. will highly recommend them. please note not everyone will meet eye to eye with physicians sometimes these negative reviews are because the individual may not have been happy or just did not agree with the PCP. see for yourself

Some patients will gave dr Butt bad rating because he doesn’t give you any medicine you asking for. Medicines you needs no problem with Doctor and Lisa . Thank you ?? Doctor and Lisa

When I don’t feel good I just want to see dr Butt he cares and make me feeling better before taking the medication. He the best ??

He is very compassionate, caring and remembers my medical records. When I must go, I look forward to his encouragement to work with him to be better.

Had been looking forward to being a patient of Dr. Butt but was extremely disappointed (sparing the details). Had a very very good first appointment today with a "new" internist for me. When Dr. Butt's name was very very briefly mentioned, two office people commented oh so briefly about what they've heard, which was not positive. It was refreshing to know I'm not alone in my negative encounter. While unethical, I'm still very happy so far with my new direction.
