This practice used to be good. But now Dr. Chang pushes you to see the PAs instead of him and they all rush through your appointment (Dr. Chang included - if you're lucky enough to see him) PA made a bad mistake and over-injected a cyst which is now a mess for the plastic surgeon to clean up.

This doctor is more interested in cosmetic surgery and cosmetic treatment than resolving ailments. I was misdiagnosed for 18 months of unnecessary treatment as condition worsened. Issue was resolved immediately at subsequent doctor within 3 months. Absolutely horrible experience that could have threatened my overall health if I had continued under his care.

never see a doctor - only a PA, and the office staff is disorganized and has an attitude when you report a problem they created - no empathy at all.

My experience with this office can only be described as poor My appointment was to see the doctor but instead I was seen by a PA This was disappointing but it gets better. I asked about a small blemish. The PA said it was nothing but asked if I wanted it removed anyway. I said no. A minute later she asked me again are you sure you don't want me to remove that? it'll only take a half a second. I said ok. I received a $150 bill for the 1/10th sec. nitrous squirt. I made four phone calls to this office requesting an adjustment. I finally received a phone call from Dr. Chang. He said he understands but buyer beware and refused to offer any credit.

Misdiagnosis. Doctor not engaged in treatment. Leaves it to physician Assistant. Worst doctor experience ever.

Amazing! Dr. Chang is a extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist. I had a wonderful experience during my procedure. I went in to see Dr. Chang for hyperhidrosis and to get Botox injections. Before the procedure even took place I was sweating due to my nerves. Dr. Chang's calm demeanor made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedure. Additionally, the one thing I was most nervous about was feeling pain from the injections. Dr. Chang's deft and gentle touch made it possible that I didn't feel any pain at all. I honestly did not feel pain from any of the injections throughout the entire procedure and Dr. Chang kept my mind calm by talking to me when he saw I was getting nervous. I was thoroughly impressed! All in all it was an amazing experience and I would definitely go back to see him again. I know now why Dr. Chang is one of the top dermatologists in all of South Florida. Additionally, my sweating has completely stopped and I now have renewed… confidence thanks to Dr. Chang!

Dr. Chang is a wonderful Doctor and has always been correct with any severe problems I have had with my skin. Bemishes, skin cancer, psoriasis etc. etc. I would not change Doctors and feel is is very concerned about his patience.
