Dr. Attiya Ali, MD

I recently started bringing my newborn son to Dr. Ali and could not be more pleased with her practice and attention. There is a true family atmosphere and she and her staff have been kind in helping me and my husband as new parents. Dr. Ali is wonderful with my son and thorough in her communication. I have already recommended her to a friend!

I took my daughter here as a new patient and could not be more upset with the “care” both she and my husband and I received. The physician belittled me to no end due to my breastfeeding Woes and refused to answer any direct questions related to supplementing with formula. Then, she proceeded to instruct us on how we could “fix” her “cosmetic issues” due to her head shape - mind you, my daughter was only 5 days old and was partially stuck in the birth canal prior to her birth - Of course her head is a little misshapen at the moment, most newborn heads are less than a week after birth! Then, bloodwork was ordered and a follow-up Appt was scheduled. When I called the next day to reschedule the appt, I was told we did not have one and that our lab results were not yet received. The lab confirmed they were submitted to the physician following her test the same day as the appt. I repeatedly tried to confirm her appt was nonexistent so as to avoid a no-show/non-cancellation fee and was told… there were only 3 other patients on the schedule for tomorrow afternoon - the receptionist actually told me the names of the patients on the phone, which is a direct violation of HIPPAA - I also did not need to know who else was on her schedule, only that we weren’t! This physician is extremely unprofessional, as is her front office staff. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would advise any prospective patients to proceed with caution when considering the “care” they can expect to receive from this physician and her staff.

You cannot find a better doctor than Dr. Ali! She is compassionate and caring, attentive to her patient's needs, and her bedside manor is unparalleled. The office staff and nurse are fabulous too. They always remember your face here and you do not get treated as a number. It's great you really can't ask for more out of a doctor's office. They don't keep you waiting for long periods and the office is always very clean. I highly recommend anyone with children to bring then here for their medical care. We are so glad to have her as our doctor.

I have been with Dr. Ali for 18 years today is my son last visit because he is 18 she has been our rock always take time to listen always have avalibility when we need we love her me and my son who have been her patient my other children seen her from age 11, 10 and 6 til they were 18 couldn’t have asked for a better Dr We will miss her Great Dr absolutely the best

Our family loves Dr.Ali. Her staff is always caring and helpful. Dr. Ali always takes her time to address every issue.

I brought my two boys to this office for physical two weeks ago & is our first visit in this office , Dr. Ali is awesome I was satisfied with our visit, and her assistant Ms. Lisa is very kind , professional , make us feel so welcome and she's very good with children . I have a BCBS Ins (private ) ins which I can go any Dr. . But I'm not I was so happy with our visit and I recommend this office 100 percent . Don't trust what people said find out for your self...

I BEEN COMING TO THIS OFFICE FOR MANY YEARS AND I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE DR. OR THE OFFICE MANAGER LISA W. SOME PT: (PARENTS) ARE BLAMING THE DR. AND THE OFFICE STAFF FOR THERE PERSONAL PROBLEM . DR. ALI IS A GOOD DR. AND GOOD BED SIDE MANNER , KIND AND VERY NICE. LISA ALWAYS VERY KIND , POLITE AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP, SHE ALWAYS GIVE YOU A SAMPLES OR COUPONS. AND WHEN MY KIDS ARE BABY & IF I NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM SHE EVEN VOLUNTEER TO WATCH THEM EVEN THOUGH SHES BUSY WITH THE OTHER PATIENTS: SOME PEOPLE AREN'T HAPPY WITH THEM SELF AND THEY HAVE TO BLAME SOMEBODY. PLEASE FIND SOME BODY TO BLAME NOT THIS OFFICE...

My first hand expierence with Dr Ali and Lisa White is in no way hearsay. It is a true story that I myself was a part of. That is the exact opposite of hearsay. They were incredibly rude (I will say that the receptionist is the kindest woman in the building, she was the only one with any compassion). Lisa White directly told me Dr. Ali "forgot about" my 6 month old son. Lisa White also was directly sarcastic with me and said she did not know she was not supposed to interrupt others while speaking. What Sabrina Palwan wrote is actually hearsay if you understand the definition. She was not there. I was. If you feel safe taking chances with your child's health then go ahead and ignore what I've said....To top off my poor expierence with Dr Ali she has still not called me to address her forgetting my sons prescription or the poor behavior of Lisa White. I was promised 3 times the dr would call and she never has. I guess Dr Ali likes to pick and choose the patients she cares about and… forgets the rest.

I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THIS MOST RECENT REVIEW ABOUT DR. ALI , AND CANNOT HELP MY SELF TO MAKE A COMMENT . THIS DR. HAS BEEN THE MOST CARING , GOOD BED SIDE MANNER AND ALSO ON POINT WITH HER DIAGNOSIS OF MY CHILDREN, IN MY OPINION IS ONE OF THE BEST DR. IN BREVARD COUNTY. MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION AND NOT LISTEN TO HEAR SAY. FOR THE RECORD LISA W. HAS BEEN WORKING IN THIS OFFICE SINCE THE BIRTH OF MY CHILDREN AND SHES ALWAYS GONE OVER AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE EACH AND EVERY ONE WHO COME TO THIS OFFICE, AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT SHE DOES. THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY , CARING AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.

Dr Ali is absolutely horrible. She had always been rude to me and I was trying to ignore it but she just crossed the final line in my book. I brought my 6 mth old son into the office because he couldn't breathe right. The office gave me a nebulizer and then told me to wait 2 hours to go pick up the prescription for the breathing treatments from the pharmacy. I waited several hours and when I went to the pharm they had no record of a prescription for him. It was too late to call that day so when I called the dr the next day employee named LIsa White was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me (I had to ask her if she knew not to cut people off when they're speaking and she scarcastically answered no she didn't know that) and she told me the doctor must've "forgot" to send it in. HOW DO YOU FORGET A BABY WHO CANT BREATHE RIGHT?!? Unacceptable. Unless you want someone forgetting about your children when they need help, run away from Dr Ali!!!
