VERY BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED OFFICE, MODERN EQUIPMENT. DOCTOR AGARWALA, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN OPTHALMOLGY AND INTERNAL MEDICINE DISEASES THAT AFFECT THE EYES, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH SEVICES

It is totally unacceptable to be given an appointment and you arrive for your given time but two hours after you are still waiting to be seen. It's a total disregard for people's time. This happens every time you visit the doctor. Can't find another doctor nearby for my mom's eye condition.

At least for Doctors no fake reviews very horrible in getting back on reports which are really important waste of time

Waiting as a diabetic patient is way too long for me. On every visit I have waited no less than three hours. This is disgusting. I have to take a whole day for this doctor even if I get the first appointment.

My mother was being rejected by doctors due to her poor medicaid coverage. Dr. Agarwala took his time, treated her with dignity regardless of her insurance status. The wait time in Dr. Agarwala's office was long, but totally worth it. The time he spends with you explaining, puts your worries at ease. Being a Internal Medicine doctor, and a Ophthalmologist he focuses on the entire body and just not the eyes. I have been taking my family to Dr. Agarwala for 5 years. Horrible doctor, overbooks multiple patients for same time, two bad experiences by me in the last 6 months, average wait time is 2 hours, same complaint from other patients who were waiting there too. front desk staff does not care at all. Dont go ever to this doctor, you will be frustrated. He talks about all stuff all over the world, spends 75% of time in gossip and 25% on your health. I will never go again

Attention to detail.

Too much wait time. Like 2 hrs or even more... never going back there. They dont respect other peoples time.

It's almost impossible to get an appointment with him.. he is booked solid; however, it is with great reason. He is a fantastic doctor and really knows what hes is talking about. His detailed check up was very accurate and you can tell he has a lot of knowledge in the medical field. Aside from medicine, he is such a charismatic doctor. DEFINITELY recommend. He's worth the wait.

I have been waiting for a report from him for over 6 months his staff keeps shrugging it off they don't care in the least bit, seems like the doctor is never available always call he is never in the office. The staff never knows when he'll be in "I find this Rather Strange"
