Dr. Audra Layne Morgan

I found Dr. Gross very haughty, high-minded, and arrogant. It seemed she didn't ever have anything positive to say, and the only thing she was concerned about was making sure that she made it clear to you about all of the negative things that was wrong, as though to "shove" it in your face. I already knew most of what was wrong before I went to my appointment; she on the other hand took the attitude like I was to be reprimanded on the condition of my teeth; when all I came for was to get a filling done on the veneer of my top front tooth. Then she wouldn't do the work because she said my B/P was too high, and then she again began to lecture me about what the American Heart Association says, and how I was a candidate for a stroke or a heart attack. My B/P has not ever been so high, nor is there any family history of high B/P, strokes or heart attacks. So these two visits; one for the pre-examination, and the second one which completely wasted my time, money and effort for… simple cosmetics, which didn't get done. Both visits were very unpleasant, and Dr. Gross didn't seem to have any respect or compassion. Work that wouldn't have needed to be done if her predecessor had not tapped on my teeth and cracked the veneer in the first place.
