Came highly recommended, entirely satisfied. Insurance limits appointment times, which can be difficult.

Dr. Jain helped me realize that the medication I had been on previously had the side effect of weight gain. She gradually had me switch to another medication with less side effects. I am confident that she knew what she was doing. People should know that this type of doctor is for managing medication rather than talking about problems, which is what a counselor is for. Her appointments were brief, but I feel that was appropriate. I never had trouble scheduling an appointment. Being a part of Watson Clinic helped too, as she could refer to other doctors in the clinic if needed and they could access the medical records (I think). I liked her straight-forward approach.

Haven't had follow up appt yet. I was desperate after being very hurt by another doctor, neurologist. He didn't care about listening to me at all. Consequently refused to see me again until I was seen by a Psychiatrist. I was shocked bc I had been seeing another Neuro in the same dept until he moved. This one wanted to change everything. So I began having Panic/Anxiety attacks again. I looked at Dr Jain's experience and made an appt. she had me figured out in 10 minutes without my saying very much. Looking at my drug sensitivities was really all it took. It had taken a year to get me on a protocol that worked. She figured it out, prescribed a med of the family previous doc made me stop taking. Two days later I'm like a new person an sleeping well. I recommend Dr Jain very much.

Dr. Jain was great; really helped me when I needed it most.
