Her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and review articles, and has been presented nationally.In 2019, Dr. Uong received the CHAM Research Day Oral Presentation Award, given to her from faculty judges for receiving top scores. Dr. Uong is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Academic Pediatric Association.
