DO NOT GO AND SEE THIS DOCTOR. The nurses at the front desk are disrespectful and lack empathy for the patients they work with. I missed an appointment due to a scheduling error and during a check-in call with the nurse, once she knew I was not coming to the appointment she HUNG UP ON ME MID CONVERSATION. When I called back, she picked up the phone and hung up immediately. On the second try, she informed me that she "would not schedule me as I would not show up or inform the office that I would not show up". Keep in mind this was after I had already explained that this was due to an error on my part in which I had misunderstood the day. She then finished by saying that I could only schedule same day, no longer in advance, and that she would fit me in if she could. If this is the way the nurses treat the patients, imagine how the doctor would treat you.

Dr. Audrey Woolrich is one of the best doctors I've come across in a long time. She's extremely thorough and has keen insight. She's direct and to the point. She cares about the overall health and well being of her patients. I trust her, her expertise and experience. I highly recommend her and am grateful she's my gastroenterologist.

We have moved to Redondo Beach years ago and I still think of her fondly. Never will I ever find another doctor like her. Very caring and she is there for you.

I was so nervous about having my first colonoscopy and Dr. Woolrich was the 3rd Dr. I met and felt so comfortable at the consultation, I knew I had to go with her. She let me ask as many questions as I wanted and was ok with the prep that I wanted to take. I will definitely go back to her when it's time for the second colonoscopy. For once.....a Doctor with "bedside manner"
