Dr. Aurea De Los Santos

Aurea De Los Santos is a licensed clinical social worker. Aurea prides herself on being an understanding, caring, honest, non-judgmental, empathetic, and knowledgeable therapist. No matter how big or small a situation is, she meets her patients where they are and helps them find solutions through every step of recovery. Her goal is to help her patients achieve their goals. Aurea uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, task-centered practices, patient-centered practices, social learning therapy, and systems theory.

She bases her approach on crisis intervention and problem-solving models. Since she started providing therapy in 2008, Aurea has cultivated experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, stress, trauma, PTSD, womens issues, and mood disorders. She treats patients ages 18-65. Outside of work, Aurea enjoys reading, listening to music …(all kinds), watching and playing sports, and spending time outdoors. She speaks English and Spanish.
