My stepchildren were seeing her for their meds and she was not following the proper procedures/protocol for the meds they were on. She wanted all visits to be telehealth and there were times the kids went without their meds due to her not putting authorization through even though pharmacy repeatedly sent request over to her. She was incompetent and unreliable and let the kids go through withdrawals from the meds due to her incompetence. We left seeing her and switched med Dr and now 3 months later we go to pick up their current meds and we’re given meds that Dr. Kamm now decided to put through even though they were discharged as her patients months ago. She lacks organization skills and is all over the place when it comes to getting information. In my opinion she needs a med Dr. I would give a zero if option was available
